1. Usage Data Logging & Reporting

Now PMP supports usage data logging and reporting as well as alerts.

To log all usage data, please set an option at Application > Alert, Log Settings (F9).

Once you set this option, all performance data will be stored in the internal Uasge Log folder. With this data, you can create a HTML report at,

Note

This option will decrease the disk free space and performance of Admin computer.
It is important that you uncheck this option when the data storing is not required.

You can delete the stored data by accessing the usage data folder directly via
Application > Folders > Usage Log
.

2. New Reference Data: Disk, Network Interface

Now, PMP offers disk information and network interface name of servers.

In the main window:

For existing customers:

To display disk and network information in the main window, please check Disk, Network option in the Application > View > Fields.

3. Date-based Log Handling

Now, data logging, displaying and reporting are all date-based.

4. Misc. Improvements

- Instant View

Now, the Instant View window offers various information (IP, Computer name, Notes, CPU, Memory, Disk, Network Interface) in the same window, and this enables you to check the related hardware information with the real-time performance data.

 

- Application Log

Now, the Application Log (F6) offers more detailed information with the classification of result (event or error).

 

- Open Data Folder

Now, you can easily access to the data folders of PMP Admin.

5. How to Update (for existing customers)

This update requires both Admin and Agent replacement.

Please do not update with the trial version.
Please get the latest version by submitting your license information.

To update PMP Admin (administrator),

  1. Log in as an administrator.
  2. Close running Admin, uninstall.
  3. Install new setup and Launch.

To update PMP Agent (server-side),

  1. Log in as an administrator.
  2. Go to Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs > Uninstall PMP Agent.
  3. Install new setup.
