4. SMP Console

SMP Console is included in the Professional edition and this is for staffs who want to access to the Server's data, control client PC simultaneously.

4-1. Connecting to SMP Server

The Console user account must be created in the SMP Server in advance.
See 2-12. Remote/multiple Administration section.

4-2. Fetching PC Data

Once you connected to the Server, you can fetch the PC data.

To reduce network traffic, it is better to fetch specific PCs only by entering search keyword.

Once you fetch the PC data, you can fetch other data including hardware, software, uses, modification, note data.

Note: Software, Hardware modification, Software modification, Note data are not available to fetch simultaneously for multiple PCs. Console accepts only one PC selection for these data to prevent Server's performance overload.

4-3. Controlling PC

It is possible to perform Desktop Remote Control and File Transfer from the Console by several Console users simultaneously.

To control PC, select a PC in the main window, select Control > Remote Control or File Transfer in the menu.
